How do you solve Venezuela Economy?

The core of problem of Venezuela is that Venezuela does not have other industry except oil business.
Venezuela should grow other industry rapidly.
Then, Venezuela should quit selling oil.
Venezuela's oil belongs to the people of Venezuela.
Venezuela's oil should be used for the people.
In Venezuela, Government should execute Free of electricity expense.
Government may collect only cost of equipment.
Then, people will create new industry more easily.
Foreign people will come and open up a business more easily.
Then Economy of Venezuela will recover.

Another core of problem of Venezuela is that Venezuela does not have the right to control its own economy.
What is the right to control Economy?
It's the right to issue the currency.
Controlling the supply of money can decide most of economy.
Venezuela government should issue its own new currency.
Venezuela government should escape from the coercion of IMF( Jewish financial mafia ).
Economy of Venezuela should belong to Venezuela, not to IMF.
Venezuela should never accept consumption duty to recover economy.
Consumption duty exists for IMF's gainings.
Consumption duty depresses economy and increases national bond.
Interest of national bond is IMF's gainings.
Some participators of IMF are the shareholders of Central Banks.
Then IMF is lying as if Consumption duty was good for economy.
We should exclude IMF for our survive.

1) Get rid of the corrupt, backwards Socialist government

2) Privatize most of the economy. Some things have to be done by the government but most production and distribution is best done privately. .

3) Rewrite the constitution and have actual free, fair election

4) Try to replace Venuela's inflationary currency with a new one with a stronger central bank. If that doesn't work go to the US dollar, that helped Zimbabwe.

Management... If you fix the system you'll be fine. If you keep focusing on individuals you'll get no where but simply more corruption arrests. In a way, the individuals who are corrupted are victims of a failed system. Get corrupted people to admit their wrongs and forgive them. Mercy will be hard to give. Install a belief into the country of similar nature from a country that is doing economically well. In America it's the American dream, for example... Remember... Discipline is good, but motivation is better. No government issued pride either. The country has hit economic hard times just like every other country. Nothing really special.
