I read real estate and bitcoin are my top pics, but can the government find out easily?

I mean right now the DEA, CIA, FBI, and Secret Service are all trying to poke their noses into my business so I think its time I hide my earnings and make them legit

First of all, don't use terms like 'launder,' 'extra curricular activities' and 'hide' if you wish to stay out of prison.

The 'socially acceptable' way to bring money back into legitimacy and 'pay your dues' to the law-abiding is to invest in a business with highly variable and speculative valuations, like art or fine wine collecting, etc...That makes it hard for the government to prove how much you actually paid for it and what it is worth currently. They hate wasting resources chasing phantoms and will be more apt to opt for some other reasonable approach. From there, some of it should go to charity and 'the arts' as nonprofit donations. Also, after you do this, make sure that you take a good hit or two on legitimate income taxes. If you try to be stingy on top of earning illegitimate income, you will almost certainly get nailed.

Have you considered moving to another country, cryptocurrencying your money, then paying your US taxes with the assistance of a CPA, then moving back?

You will have gone silent while straightening things out.
