Due to your vague question, I'll try to answer.

If you're talking about self-improvement, you don't personally realize the change; others do and tell you. Never ask.

If you're talking about indications about woman's breast development, they generally go from mosquito bites to anywhere from apples to watermelons. And contrary to popular belief, nipples that face the ceiling are augmented. Breasts don't naturally develop that way. If the nipples point down or forward, they're the real things. Accept no substitutes.

If you're talking about indicators of land development, look for land with no homes, wealthy, white businessmen in suits huddled together as minorities in the background do the construction. Homeless people are another indicator for land development. They're probably former farmers who fought in Vietnam. Give them a couple of dollars, they deserve it.

If you're talking about the development of the human brain, ha! What development? Google "devolve."

If you're speaking of developing a sense of humor, that is a preference.

If you're speaking of development of government, that's tricky. People vote, then men in suits with flags pinned to their lapel and shout at each other until a decision is made. Sometimes secret organizations develop government, this indicator is called assassination.

If you're talking about computer software development regarding indicator lights, dude, I don't know anything about technology. Sorry.

Hope this helps.

Your question isn't so smart to deserve a specific answer. But if I'm not wrong then you might have asked to know "what are the indicators to measure development" or something like that. Actually there is no specific definition or indicator to measure "development". It all depends how you define "development". If it is economic growth then economic indicators like per capita income, GDP growth rate etc. are used. One of the most cited and renowned indicator is the HDI (Human Development Index). It measures progress in three indicators: Life expectancy, Education and Income. World Bank publishes world development reports each year and measures lot of indicators. Actually indicators could be infinite. It all depends on how you are defining "development".

Your query isn't so sensible to deserve a distinctive reply. But when i am now not mistaken then you would have asked to understand "what are the symptoms to measure development" or something like that. Actually there is no detailed definition or indicator to measure "development". All of it is dependent how you define "development". If it is fiscal growth then monetary warning signs like per capita revenue, GDP progress price and so on. Are used. One of the referred to and renowned indicator is the HDI (Human development Index). It measures development in three indications: life expectancy, schooling and earnings. World financial institution publishes world progress reports each and every 12 months and measures lot of indications. Truely warning signs could be endless. It all depends upon how you are defining "progress".

For the UK, I propose herewith the Bhutan development Index. It must be great to evaluate the next move.
